A LITTLE HISTORY: Vincent was born in Zimbabwe, Africa. He was raised by his mother and father along with 7 siblings. The religion he was brought up to believe and practice was animism. at the age 19 he became a believer in Jesus Christ through the intervention of Gods’ mercy.  In the past he worshiped idols, animals etc., but after his life was changed he no longer worshiped animals but Jesus! He loves all people and has a heart for missions.

He has been a missionary for over 17 years and has served in many capacities on three continents; Africa, Europe and North America. The past nine years and presently, Vincent is serving in Zambia, Africa.

Vincent has worked in West Africa, serving with Mercy Ships as the country director for New Steps program in Sierra Leone and as the Church Empowerment manager on two of their ships.

He is also serving with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) for over 16 years leading discipleship teams across the globe.

Vincent attended Liberty University Bible Institute and University of the Nations  where he earned an associates degree from both. He also graduated with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Christian Ministries from Ecclesia College. Vincent is passionate about evangelism, mercy ministries, orphans, and teaching the Biblical worldview to church leaders, in schools and within communities across Africa.

He has been married to Samantha for 13 years. They have four children: Madisyn Nyasha (12), Ahlyvia Faith (9), Serenity Joy (7) and Viktorya Hope (2).

Samantha was born and raised in Monroe, Michigan. She attended Eastern Michigan University completing her elementary education degree specializing in Special Education for the Cognitively Impaired and getting an endorsement in Early Childhood Education.  She graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree.

Samantha’s parents did not attend church; however they sent her and her brother every Sunday until she was 8 years old. It was not during that time that she came to know the Lord as her Savior, but in January of 2000 she heard the true Gospel and gave her life to the Lord and has since lived her life after the love of Christ. After Samantha’s first missions trip to Sierra Leone she has never been the same in that She has a newfound love for the people of Africa! She believes that God has called them to serve the people of Africa in any capacity available. She supports her husband in his dreams and desires to share the Love of Jesus with his people in Africa. She desires to raise her four girls in the culture of Africa by staying home with them while supporting Vincent on the mission field.  Currently the Luwizhi’s mission field is in Lusaka, Zambia.
